< History says your dead wrong > Don't make me a laugh! What history are you talking about? New Era History? Polyanna history? Twillight Zone History? Disney land history? Mickey Mouse History? I'm not talking about a panic correction like last summer.I'm talking about a Bear Market, similar to 1972-1974, where the S@P went down 47% ! Is that fact not part of your Polyanna History? How about 1929-1935, where the Dow fell 90%? Obviously, that's not part of your fantasy land conception of history either! Wake up! There will be days where these markets will rally as the shorts cover. But the Bull is over. The whole world is getting out of the US Financial Markets: The Europeans and Asians. The US is no longer an attractive place to invest. Outrageous trade deficit, the greatest overleveragedness of margin debt in history, bubble mania valuations that obviously a Polyanna like you thinks is justified. I could go on and on..... You'll learn the hard way as these markets keep falling into an abyss. At this point, these markets are flashing warning signals, their begging you to sell... History is the embodiment of Truth. Try reading it, learning from it and start applying it to your own existence. Your conception of history is a fad. You have no sense of history. And don't you dare blame me for the decline your going to see slowly drawn out here like a blood sucker sucks blood! It is Polyannas like you who bid up these shares to such Insane Levels that is the cause of the great decline that is just beginning here and the resulting carnage that will befall the whole global economy! PS If All You Polyannas can dream about your prospective homes on your exclusive Islands through investing in AOL, then the Bears have the right to Growl and express their thoughts too! But at least our thoughts are rooted in history, in events that have already taken place in the past and will recur again in the future. Get real!
