Robert, with all due respect to the writer the statements about full capacity are not reflected in WFR recent sales growth (5% total top line Q/Q and probably 10% or so increase in units shipped at a lower price from last Q). Two quarters ago, WFR mentioned that the industry is working at 60% or so of its capacity, if now it is at 100%, that would imply growth of 66% or so, I just do not see that in the recent numbers. I wonder if this is local problems at some selected locations like Taiwan or Korea, or could it be they are trying to "jaw bone" the wafer fabs into paying higher prices.

I cannot fathom declining prices with constraint in capacity. Something sure does no jive.
