Haim,
My guess is there will be a cautious rally tomorrow in advance of the employment figures on Friday. I expect a steep sell-off on Fri if the numbers are bad. If the figures point to a slowing economy, and the bond market still sells off - that will be sign of serious trouble. The tone of the market the last few days has been quite poor. On the +side Volume has been light, and the bell weather stocks are holdng uo reasonably well. The sell off in financials is quite troubling. But risk aversion should certainly be the top concern.

I will most likely buy puts tomorrow again on some of my high tech holdings. I bailed out too early of my LU and HD Aug puts (but with good timing on my INTC and SUN as these have held very well - guess you can't win them all). In fact I bought back my INTC covered calls and went long on Aug 75 calls yesterday at 1. Intel's strength defies all logic (but I am not going to argue with it since I have had it for a long long time). What is your intermediate term thinking.

Regards

Alok
