it did IPO a few years ago as Norris Communications ..no? How the heck is it supposed to IPO again DO you mean do a "secondary"? I guess that would mean even more shares in the float... it would have been impossible because from what i remember warrants were converting and a secondary would go over the authorized # of shares Url
