Larry, I bought some more FCH today, just under 17. I think at a FFO multiple near 4 and under 60% of book, it's a great value. I hope they can buy back some stock at these prices, before some value investor like Buffet or whoever jumps in. There earnings were flat, and some investors figured if interest rates climb, earnings could get hit pretty bad, so why wait around and see how bad earnings could get.
