From a technical point of view.

Qualcomm has reached near its 50 day moving average. It bounced slightly today compared to everything else, semi-bullish. If that 50 day MA is broken; could signal further selling in the short term. But amazingly, everyone's money flows to quality (I guess that would include MSFT) to protect capital and ride the next expansion. This should help bolster Q, in the short term. I think everyone has factored in a rate hike, so heavy selling should not be a problem once this occurs. In retrospect, Q looks very smart in selling $1 billion in a higher market than now.

Just an optimist and holder of Q.
