Urlman, Re: it did IPO a few years ago as Norris Communications ..no? How the heck is it supposed to IPO again DO you mean do a "secondary"? No need to stir through the ashes of Norris Communications. Let 'dead dogs lie' and instead file for an IPO for EDIG. No name change was needed. Let EDIG be the rising star shining brightly over ATCO, PTSC and NCII. Elwood Norris has made lots of money selling shares in those companies. Are the stockholders getting rich too? I guess the profits are rolling in..
