The way of the future - some time the keyboard will be a museum piece. The product mentioned below does not involve CVST but the VR-interent application is pretty interest.

The VoiceCOMMANDER 99 secure e-commerce medical
transcription service utilizes the Internet and proprietary voice recognition technology to pre-process doctor's dictation into written text. It then encrypts and transmits both the doctor's original voice recording and the un-edited text via the Internet to the e-DOCS.net server.
