SR, i'd say a gap down day would be pretty convincing...but i'm prepared to go for it on the strength of the divergences alone. basically any old reversal back inside the 20-B-band would do for confirmation. you could then still wait for a bounce to short into, but sometimes bounces don't come - see AXP. regards, hb
