Thanks for the clarification. I think I have talked about this subject before and how much I hate this type info...Anyways, you understand and no offense/harm/ taken or meant.... You are a lot like me. You just get WAY TOO overjoyed about a stock when you find a diamond in the rough. I understand completely! Just ask KZAP <G> Hopefully this BS with the filings will work out. I think people didn't know what to do! Heck, I didn't know what was going on..You see current filings, and then all the sudden an "E" ...You start freaking out! This is why daytrading can be so costly... FM
