wily, Netscape does have a bookmark import function: BOOKMARKS|EDIT BOOKMARKS|FILE |IMPORT

I switched to IE just for a change and because I now own MSFT. :)
One thing IE doesn't have: you can't close ALL browser windows
with ONE click. Other than that, I prefer the IE 'favorites'
arrangement [except for the name 'favorites'].
