As far as I know, there's no natural way to import IE favorites into Netscape. You can easily import a bookmark file, or HTM(L) file to add to your current bookmark list by using the File, Import utility from the bookmarks window, but that won't fly with IE favorites since they're held as individual HTML files (stupid idea, IMO).

That said, you can use the Export feature in Internet Explorer to export your favorites into Netscape or a separate HTML file.
