I don't think any of the big box makers can afford to not have a product utilizing the highest performing chip. This said, I think that there can be only one reason for Dell to not adopt the Athlon, and this would be that Intel has shown them their 0.18u roadmap and Coppermine performance projections, and assured them that they will be offering a competitive product. The Firing Squads review was using Windows 98. I would like to see NT numbers. Pravin.
