Most of what I would like to see occur is diplomatic, but I think that encouraging a Turkic sphere, with a pole in Turkey and one in Kazakhstan, might be a good idea, with American involvement in organizational and training issues, and our involvement also to seek to allay fears within Armenia and Russia of the scope of this cooperation...... |
