There seems to be litle question that commodities are coming back.
The CRB is well above its 200 day ma, and clearly, oil, natural gas and some base metals are looking a little stronger. It should follow
that gold eventually will follow, especially since the XAU, which
often heralds moves in the yellow metal, has stubbornly refused to
go down. Marantette expects a major low this fall, and a significant
rally. Of interest, a relatively newly formed S African gold mining and investment company, Anglo-american(AAUK) is actually trading
at a new high.
