Frank, those that have considerable market experience and the accountants. It's simple Frank. BII has a Dublin office - BII hasn't done 2 cents worth of UK business - Dublin office is costly to set up = BII Dublin office another expense.
Does this make sense to you Frank.
PS: why have you been here since the start defending BII? DOn't you have anything else to do?
