I am always highly suspicious and this move does not add up.
Heads of companies don't leave and come back on a whim because of
personal problems. I never expect him to say anything bad in the media about
EGRP as it would lead to litigation. The most obvious answer would
be the "Personal Reasons Clause".Something Smells and it isn't me.
