HOUSTON, Jul 29, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Houston's WorldLink Corporation, a division
of Pangea (OTC Bulletin Board: PAPO) announced today it has begun production of a new
product, the "iCam," a device that allows live broadcasting of audio and video content over the
Internet using Microsoft Windows Media Technologies.

The devices support full-motion video, which can be viewed by anyone connected to the Internet.
"The iCam is designed to be extremely simple to operate. Basically, you plug the unit in, turn it
on, and you are broadcasting video," said Walter Westmoreland, President and founder of
WorldLink. "Anyone can view the video streams using Windows Media Player which is available
free from Microsoft."


WorldLink has incorporated leading digital technologies into the product. "In order to provide the
highest-quality experience to the end user, we have committed to using the best technology
available. After evaluating all ofthe leading streaming formats, we found that Windows Media
Technologies isthe uncontested winner in delivering consistent superior results," said
Westmoreland.

WorldLink has entered into an agreement with Chronicle Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: CRNC) for initial deployment of several of the prototype units. The two companies will
install the new devices at Chronicle's facility in Tampa, Florida. Several video signals or "streams"
will be available for viewing on the Internet on Chronicle's website at chronicleinc.com .

"Chronicle Communications was designated as the location for testing the prototype units
because of its one-of-a kind printing press installation and various proposed uses of the iCam
technology, such as proprietary company intranet broadcast for security, Internet broadcast of
business-related marketing, and investor relations," said Westmoreland.
