LG, what you are not seeing is the White House assumption in calculating their surplus. As in every tea leaves reading procedure you can assume what ever you want the paper you write on will not tell you how wrong you are. Projections are only right after the fact. IMHO they assume the stock market, economy and productivity growing at the same pace as in the last 2-3 years which is obviously wrong. In any projection you must attach the percentage of divergence (chances of failure to achieve your goals). For obvious reason they do not publish that <GG> my 2 cents BWDIK Haim
