Joe; Has any local Board of Health in the U.S. approved this machine? And are you or the company aware that this is a requirement? With this machine in an airport, I'd now be concerned with a fire hazard. Don't airports have restaurants with real french fries? I'm sorry, but this makes no sense to me. Thanks, Don
