Bigbuk at least PLEX files with the SEC. We both now of a certain stock that is also risky (M**I) but they don't file with SEC so we don't know how good or bad they are doing. With PLEX we are talking about a public shell that is to merge with travnet.com So the future is what is important not the past. New business Maybe new management At a ground floor opportunity? Very low float
