(CWT) subsidiary. Terms of the merger required NRGE to issue 893,000 shares of common stock to the owners of privately held CWT (who include UTEK, University of South Florida Research Foundation and two private parties).
 
 As a result of the merger, NuElectric has acquired the worldwide exclusive license to an exciting new technology capable of removing arsenic from water. Dr. Dagmar Bonnin developed this technology while she was an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, College of Engineering.
