There are several things imminent. I hope to see developments
in the next two weeks.
In yesterday's down market, I tried to buy 10,000 shares for
client at $1 7/32, could only fill 4,500 at that level and
1,000 at $1 1/4. They moved the offering to $1.28 where I passed.
The stock continues to trade very thinly with no sizable
offerings yet. If no announcements in next two weeks, I would
expect some weakness. You would have thought with the DOW down
over 200 points there would have been some selling, but there
wasn't. Because OZON is not marginable, we don't have to worry
about margin calls, only people who use cash account issues to
pay for their margin calls is where there could be some selling.

Not to worry though, many good things going on at Company.
