Don't forget the short position. It is alive and well for now...give it a couple more weeks and perhaps all the pieces of the puzzle will finally come together. Perhaps all the pieces came together when noone was looking... "This same train of thought was to be applied to MDIN, and he [David J DiRicco] felt that noone should be surprised that the company [MDHM] would issue more shares since they never stated otherwise." ...and once noticed, it was too late... "There are 7,390,334 free trading shares in the total public float. These apparently include 1,150,000 shares that were issued that were not announced."
