Are you familiar with a company called Infocast Corp......appears to be moving strongly into the Virtual Call Centre and Telework markets.
Here is the company's press release:

PRESS RELEASE

INFOCAST JOINS WITH AT&T CANADA

TO LAUNCH COMMERCIAL VIRTUAL CALL CENTER SOLUTION

TORONTO August 4, 1999 – INFOCAST CORPORATION (“Infocast”)(NASDAQ BB symbol: “IFCC”), a leading
Application Service Provider (ASP), announced today that it has entered into an agreement with AT&T Canada to launch
one of Canada's first commercial virtual call centers supported by AT&T Canada's advanced digital virtual private network
(VPN).

The virtual call center software program allows agents to work in a virtual environment, no matter where they are located,
home or office, just by using a personal computer and a headset. Supervisors monitor the agents' productivity and efficiency
in the same way as in any other call center.

More than 3,000 virtual agents will be trained and begin taking calls over AT&T Canada's virtual private network within the
next 12 months.

InfoCast's virtual call center software application connects any prospect or customer any time, anywhere, in their language
of choice, to a live agent, immediately.

James Hines, President of InfoCast, stated "We are excited to launch this industry leading business solution with AT&T
Canada. The combination of AT&T Canada's broadband networks together with their excellence in marketing and
customer service will help make the InfoCast Virtual Call Center application one of the key applications for E-commerce
globally.”

“By melding traditional call center solutions with Internet technology, this will position InfoCast as the market leader in virtual
call center solutions,” added James.

“Call Center business is booming in North America. This new breed VCC solution solves real business problems today,
providing load balancing and sharing, redundancy and back-up, skills allocation, facility cost savings, and an expanded labor
pool,” remarked Michael Sheehan, Senior Vice President, InfoCast.

“The AT&T Canada advanced digital VPN is designed to provide 100% call completion seamlessly to agents in both
traditional and virtual call centers. It provides customers with two key features; bandwidth for high-speed digital data
transmissions, and secure routing through all links,” said George Harvey, President, Business Services, AT&T Canada.
