OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1999--Dynamic Information System and eXchange Inc.
(DiSX) (OTC BB:DIXS), the leader in broadcast/Internet media strategies, Thursday announced the
release of the company's audited financial statements through Dec. 31, 1998.

The audit was completed by Jones, Jensen & Company of Salt Lake City, a qualified SEC accounting
firm.

The company plans to release the un-audited statements January through June 1999 within the next
three weeks. "These financial statements for 1999 will show significant revenue growth and a profit for
the first time in the Company's history," said Eric Marchant, DiSX chairman.

Marchant says everything is in place to make DiSX fully reporting. "All the information required for the
Form 10SB will be in the hands of our attorney within 10 days. Becoming a fully reporting company is
part of our overall strategy to give as much information as possible to our shareholders and potential
shareholders.

"We are deeply into the processes and fully expect to have this important transaction completed during
this quarter," Marchant said.

Through its holdings, DiSX provides recruitment marketing on the Internet and through Broadcast and
Internet Media Services, a division of DiSX, the company promotes internet sites through the skilled
use of traditional media.

B&I has purchased radio and television in several major markets including Los Angeles, San
