JOHN Thanks for the response - the item that will have the biggest effect is the introduction of the BFR router . If CSCO can introduce this in the fourth qtr it will be a big step for the industry in several ways . The biggest of course would be speed but bottom line would be to earnings since the router in existence would have to be replace to upgrade to the new series ( should open up a lucrative maret to recycle the 7000 routers ) . The second would be a question - is 2.5 gigabytes per second fast enough to meet the requirements of the new multimedia lab for video transmission or do we have to have an even faster router since this is where the Wintelco coalition is headed in the next two years ? The productivity increase to industry and society at large will force the replacement of the internet as we know it today . Your comments would be appeciated BEST REGARDS BILL
