Rory, TMR does seem to be having a problem getting over this hurdle. We just have to wait for the seller to finish. Big positions in less liquid stocks always make a mess when they get out. EEE and TEXP in similar straits. Non energy stocks i am in and adding to are value and commodity oriented with a few razzle dazzle takeout and special opportunities. NBIX a favorite value pick, but patience is necessary. Take a look at EMIS, probable good news on FDA clinicals on oral drug delivery. Its been running up but will have more room. 9 1/2 a good entry IMO. Go BOOM 1999 ++good
