Proof that Starnet is either lying to the investors, or has massively cheated Las Vegas Casino Inc.

Starnet is either lying to their investors or they have massively cheated Las Vegas Casino Inc. Here is the document that was published by Starnet in their private placement offer done by Nesbitt Burns Securities Inc.

The figures concerning Las Vegas Casino Inc. are misleading, and fraudulent. Starnet has only two choices here: either the figures are right, and they have cheated Las Vegas Casino Inc., or the figures are misleading, and they overstated their earnings to defraud and cheat the investors and potential stockholders. It's one or the other! A simple examination of their "official" figures will reveal the fraud. The Securities and Exchange Commission and the authorities will decide, a complaint has already been filed to protect the investors.

Note: These figures are from May 1998 to March 1999. Las Vegas Casino Inc. started with Starnet the last week of September 1998, and they never got the sportsbook, which represents approximately 50% of the revenues. Las Vegas Casino operated only six months compared to a much longer period for Players Only, who also had the sporstbook.
