i cant believe the idiots on BGIX thread at RB think they are going to get 1 for 1 of THCL PRE SPLIT or that the split has already occured yet they left THCL price the same...

if that was true that BGIX shareholders will rush for the exit doors
as soon as they get their THCL shares becaues that would be a triple
out..

I talked with the company and IVTX would F/S approx 20 to 1... to convert to THCL.. then BGIX can convert 1 for 1 to THCL... the trick
is that the F/S has NOT yet happened... otherwise all IVTX/THCL shareholders would own 20times the # of shares.. and we dont..

call your broker.. you still have the same # of IVTX now THCL shares that you did.. and there has NOT been any split.. and the # of shares
out in IVTX/THCL are still the same..

this will work out great for THCL..but not for BGIX (short term).. long term everyone should win..

if the company changes its mind.. fine.. then I'll make a decision on any new info.. but so far... THCL is the only choice in my opinion..

if BGIX shareholders could convert 1 for 1 of the CURRENT trading price of THCL and no price adjustment was going to happen then there'd be a RUSH of IVTX/THCL company officials and investors buying
BGIX ... think about it...

read the RB threads on BGIX and THCL and then go call the company and ask the TOUGH questions ; great company.. but make sure you own the right stock
