JimB - well, one thing we know for sure is that any BGIX shares traded today and on are not exchangable for THCL shares.

I have to think that it's a mistake for anyone who's been holding BGIX since yesterday or earlier to sell. Also, that it's a mistake for anyone to buy BGIX (today and on), as they'd be buying shares that can't be exchanged, in a company that will soon be delisted.

I'm holding my BGIX shares. I still believe that, after the dust settles, THCL will have about the same number of shares as BGIX, and that they'll (initially) be valued the same as BGIX was before this all started.
