Yes & no - does this mean that their business plan was dependant on Cetera all along? If so it sounds like a flawed plan. When I bought in, I looked at all the products their stuff was going into (unfortunately I should have called and pressed for details as for expected volumes & revenue/item) Sounds like a lot of their"design wins" were nickle & dime. So if Cetera ends up with a material flaw, Q is nowhere. No bueno in my view. Scott
