Mr. BSL, I certainly hope we can mount some kind of test of the July 16th highs. I'm getting tired of thinking of the nice Ultrabear hedge I closed prematurely and would like to have the opportunity to re-evaluate at a lot higher levels than we are at the moment. Just as we got that beautiful test of the OCT 98 lows before we took off on the up side a similar test of the July 16th highs could make for a nice inflexion point in the opposite direction. If it happens a lot of people may be faked into thinking everything is OK after all and let's pile in these internet, high tech and other stocks at bargain basement prices. However depending on the fundamentals at the time it may prove to be the great opportunity to exit for those who missed it after that silly explosive rally after the rate hike because of the change to a neutral bias which was meaningless. Obviously all will depend on the fundamentals at the time if we ever do get such a test. Checking my TV as I finish this post it looks like a rally may be underway, hope it holds for a few days Marc
