John, It seems that you are even better informed than I thought!
I am aware of some InP devices but it is all Military so I had better not talk to much about it. From what I have heard InP has Ft's above 250Ghz so it just blows GaAs out of the water. I remember hearing something about a 20 Giga sample per sec 12 bit A2D converter being made in InP.

We seem to be getting off the topic and drifting into Tech talk. What really interests me with CLTK is. How economical can GaAs be made compared with Silicon? I my opinion there is no contest for digital at under 1GHz silicon just wins, that race has been run. Now analog above a Gig is a very different game. It seems to me that good analog performance at above 1Ghz is only possible with an insulating substrate. That would really increase the price of any silicon solution. For this reason I expect that CLTK will be able to hold onto its sockets at Ericson for at least the next 5 years meaning lots of money for the investors. I would like your feedback on this.
