I've never been impressed with the miniscule revenue impact from their consumer electronics division myself, nor with the execution from their partnerships. The driver here for me has always been the Cetera. As for their business model, they're focused on building the royalty revenue stream after an initial capital outlay, and it seems that is where they are still headed. RealNetworks, Aiwa, and others have always followed that model. Cetera is now joining the fold. If you think this was a flawed plan, you're welcome to sell Scott. I'm not here to stop anyone.

Have you examined the financial statements accompanying the most recent report? What I do like about the company is the gradual turning around of operations. Cash flow from operations has now turned positive. Nowhere in the past three years (12 quarters) was there ever a positive CFFO. Given that valuations have stronger correlations with cash flows, I would say this is a nice seed to see growing. The VSpin acquisition could make this a short term event, however, which is a key question for a number of people, I would imagine.

We'll see how the conference call turns out. The number is (816) 650-0781, and the password is "QSound."
