"MATC was a Private NON public Medical Arts Training Center .. The family of Hemedinger owned and ran the school since 1977 and they lost Fed aide due to the S&L crisis in 1993. They next year the family used their own money to keep the school alive to graduate every student for around 2 years. This and the result of this noble deed because every student graduated cost the Hemedinger credit and assets. Now Pot of Gold wishes to libel by pulling the person credit records of the Hemedinger family and twist it to a convenient agenda to suit her purpose. The schools closed after all students graduated sometime around 1995-1996. NOWHERE can I find where Warren stated it was bought by a major corporation. But she states it was on the website but I cannot find it no where". My responsibilities included: managing staff, marketing, public relations and most day-to-day operations of the company. MATC was very successful, its sales went from $300,000/year to over $5,000,000/year just in last few years. The company was sold to a large institution in 1997.
