My impressions: First of all let me say the Wayne Securities I posted about could have very well been Wein as I did not ask him to spell it. It's according to how it's pronounced.I'm from the South (no wisecracks please) so that could have been a mistake on my part. I've done a search for Wayne Securities and came away empty handed. I was asked by Mr. Sandlier if I knew what a leveraged buyout meant, after I answered yes he went on to say that there was a possibility that was what was going on as a 25 million share order had been placed by (Wayne,Wein?) securities. He stated to me the company had 12 million in assets. He had been taking calls all day but was still pleasant and willing to answer all that he could. I take everything that I read or hear with a grain of salt,after all he is IR and is not going to say anything bad. He was not overly exuberance (which I find insulting) but did display confidence. I was accused in an above post of reporting back erroneously by In Over My Head,Im still waiting for a response from him about the number he called to talk with Mr. Sandlier. As I stated previously I had sold my position after reading the article in the Toledo Blade but after talking with Mr. Sandlier I bought back in and increased my position threefold and continue to buy on dips. This story is not over IMO. Patsy
