Thanks Alok. But, what about the liquidity? If the economy is humming along like it is and folks (boomers) have these dollars begging for US equities, aren't valuations going to get that far ahead of earnings naturally?

The valuation 'imbalance' has been a bear warning for years now. I was actually surprised by the strength of some of these earnings numbers coming in this Q. In my opinion, we don't need to look too far (SUNW) to see evidence of 'new paradigm'. There's a big buildout afoot and productivity keeps rising pretty much across the board. I disagree about the market being 'trader' driven. It seems to me that it's the ever broadening base of indy investors with long term money which is the big driver.

I look at this year over last year and the last several years, and see a less compelling wall of worry (which is maybe a bear case in itself <g>).
