I'll pose the question, however, CWY had already decided what percentage of the properties they intended to farm out and for what dollar amount per percentage point, it doesn't really matter much, who it is who bought the interest. CWY has planned to drill the first few projects, by financing in this manner, so as to minimize their own share dilution requirements, as well as to minimize the risk to their capital pool. Just FYI.
