Why are is an American company having their shareholders meeting in Mexico? "The board also announced the scheduling of the company's annual shareholders meeting which will be held October 21, 1999 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico." I am sure some shareholders would welcome a vacation but it just seems an odd thing to do for an company based in Texas.
