the press release reads like there is a high degree of certainty that the acquisition will be completed. it is very interesting, however, that the shares in hyal continue to trade at a large premium. today they're trading in the 16 to 18 cent range, even though cangene's offer is for 8 cents/share.

any thoughts on this?
