Looks like news of $1.75 million of convertible preferred stock raised from private European investors was the catalyst. Clearly some folks knew it was coming in the days before the August 5 announcement today. Stock trading around or just under $4, up from around $1 or less for most of this year. What terms behind the raise? Can we infer that these investors have reason to believe that the company is close to generating sales?
