DJ Cytogen Sells $5M In Stock To Wisc. Investment Bd PRINCETON, N.J. (Dow Jones)--Cytogen Corp. (CYTO) completed a $5 million registered offering of common shares to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. In a press release Thursday, Cytogen said it sold 3.1 million shares at $1.61 a share. The price represented a 7.25% discount to the average price of the shares over an agreed five-day pricing period. Cytogen plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes. The company's cash position doubles as a result of the offering to $10 million.
