No cyberabuse from me. I actually do agree with your comments re: folks having humility, etc., as we all basically suck at price predictions. That's why I'm generally absent from the "guess the price" games, and such, although it provides interesting insight to people's sentiments.

Right on direction, wrong on timing -- that's (usually) my story, and the reason I'll probably NEVER play the options game (and why, IMO, it's generally so lucrative for the market makers who write the contracts)...

Anyway -- with regard to the Intuit settlement, I don't find the nondisclosure all that mysterious. A huge potential market, combined with savvy management (a matter of opinion, obviously) and many, many dollars on the table should drive the parties to a compromise-solution that works well. Guess we won't have any more insight on this until we start seeing EBBP roll out...
