Steve, I agree. For millions of people like me, though, there is more at stake than just the access fee. The services provided with the ISP are important. For example I rely on AOL for much of my news and sports information which is very neatly organized and presented. People get addicted to these sorts of conveniences.

However, MSN provides a comparable service to AOL and if they can do it at 1/2 the price, I, for one, will switch.
