If the numbers I have are correct, 75 million shares outstanding before GTMI gives 90% to BHFC, 750 million shares outstanding after dilution. New shares are only for corporate purposes and will NOT be made immediately available. If Jonathon seriously expects BHIG to reach NASDAQ by December, a minimum 1.1 million shares floating and 5 bucks per share has to be maintained for 60 days for the National Market. Therefore the reverse split ratio won't be insanely high.
