I just don't think they will give it away for nothing because they can accomplish their objectives and still get something for it. Plus their competitors might just get the goverment's sympathy if they gave it away for free. But I could see $7.95 or even $4.95, which would effectively destroy AOL and a number of other ISP providers. I think it clearly throws the whole ISP sector into question as an investment.
