It wasn't that Scott had to file a form 8-K for the press release as much as it was that he had to file that our holding company, Anything Internet Corporation is now an owner of a newly formed corporation Anything Coffee Corporation. Here is the key sentence from the 8-K... anyCOFFEE.com is operated by Anything Coffee Corporation, a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant
