The series of developments with OREX will unfold this and the following weeks. The first deal could have happened last week, but it seems like it grew to be a MUCH LARGER deal than what was intended to be originally!
There will be very comprehensive updates and follow-ups on all the developments. As a shareholder I think the stock has a $30-$35 potential in the next 4-6 months. OREX has only to do two things for that to happened: a.) Get the gold out of the ground and b.) Replace cyanide with HGP solutions and show the extraction on commercial basis. As for the stock, it has been shorted on June 4th, and the shorter is still in there. Just like with Haber's stock (BB:HABE), squeezing them out should create a tremendous run. If the stock runs up 1,100% with 59,000,000 shares in public hands, imagine the OREX's stock with less than 1,000,000 public-float shares!
Here are some of the facts:
* Only 25,000 shares of retail buying (without shorting) will bring the stock to $4.25 (see stock chart for June 23-24th).
* Stock went from $1.50 in March to $7.75 three months later. That happened based only on anticipation of two key events:
a.) OREX buying its first set of properties
b.) OREX demonstrates HGP extraction on commercial basis
Now, the first key event is about to happen. That will produce a very significant effect on its stock. The second key event should take the stock through the roof.
* The first commercially produced gold using HGP could be demonstrated within next 4 weeks! OREX is a very fast-paced company.
* The environmental movement has grown tremendously in the last decade. That 's the reason why the Haber's process wasn't implemented earlier. When Mr. Haber was told on many occasions, that his process in not needed, he put it away, until now. There are various environmental groups, governmental agencies and private companies who are waiting for the first deal to happen. I expect the "chain reaction" after this first deal.
* HGP works, and works well on various types of ore. I personally have seen it work in Mr. Haber's labs in New Jersey. In many cases I have seen it work on ores that cyanide could not have even touch, not to mention its speed.
* In order to get all the latest developments to the public company just hired several PR firms, including such big names as Zacks Investment Research (go to zacks.com and press refresh many times, until you
see OREX's banner) and Investors Business Daily's Newswire Section (second largest financial publication after Wall Street Journal, with 840,000 subscribers, still in negotiations). These PR firms will disseminate all press releases, news and developments to hundreds of thousands of individual investors, brokers and organizations, all over the world for the next 6 months.
The stock is dirt-cheap right now. There is no doubt in my mind that it will be in mid-teens upon just the first demonstration of gold. I recommend scooping up 1,000-1,500 shares at a time, because any more buying will move the stock up right away. I have personally bought more shares this way in the last few weeks.
