Aerial Images Signs Exclusive Agreement to Host ORBIMAGE
Products on www.TerraServer.com ; ORBIMAGE Imagery Available on TerraServer.com

RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Aerial Images, Inc. announced today that Orbital Imaging Corporation (ORBIMAGE), an affiliate of
Orbital Sciences Corporation (NYSE: ORB - news), will provide its imagery products on the Internet site www.TerraServer.com .

ORBIMAGE's OrbView Cities and OrbView-2 data sets will be available for purchase on TerraServer.com. The TerraServer(TM) is the world's
leading Internet web site for consumer access to satellite imagery. The TerraServer is a joint development between Aerial Images, Inc.,
Microsoft Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, and others.

In addition to the TerraServer agreement, ORBIMAGE will re-distribute Aerial Images, Inc.'s SPIN-2 basic and value-added imagery products
generated from Russian two-meter resolution satellites through its reseller network, which includes its Internet site, www.ORBIMAGE.com .

This agreement establishes ORBIMAGE data, along with SPIN-2 images, as the only high-resolution satellite imagery to be offered on
TerraServer. Visitors to TerraServer.com will be able to browse a large number of one-meter resolution images of U.S. and foreign cities at no
cost, and purchase small image areas in digital or print form at consumer-level prices.
